Located on Umbiram School Road, the property is described as gently sloping coolibah and softwood country, which includes high profile black soil cultivation.
There is about 80ha of cultivation including 40ha of oats and 14ha of forage sorghum, which is included in the sale.
Water is supplied from two bores equipped with windmills supplying troughs, a dam, and Umbriam Creek.
Improvements include a new 12x12m machinery shed, and new steel cattle yards with a vet crush and steel loading ramp.
Marketing agent Rob Caton said The Block was ideally located, close to Toowoomba and surrounding towns.
